- The album title could be taken from a section of lyrics in the
opening track "Pray for Plagues", where the relevant line reads "count
your blessings, 'cause I'm counting every lie." It may also be from a
line said by William "Bill the Butcher" Cutting in Martin Scorsese's 2002 film, Gangs of New York. - "Liquor & Love Lost" was originally entitled "Dragon Slaying",
but was changed shortly before the release of the album. Some fans still
refer to the song under its original title. - The title of the track "Off the Heezay" is a common slang term from
the Yorkshire area in the UK. - In the last seconds of "Pray for Plagues", a woman is heard having
an orgasm followed by her saying "Mmm, cum on my face!" - The tracks "Slow Dance" and "Fifteen Fathoms, Counting" are
instrumental. - In the part where Oliver Sykes thanks the people, at the end there's
a part that says "I love you guys" but the "you" has been stroked, so
it says "I love guys" - The track entitled "Tell Slater Not to Wash His Dick" refers to a
line in a sickanimation.com cartoon entitled "The Secret League of
Legionaires Pt. 2"
